Unless a customer request is made to send a shipment on their preferred account at the customers expense, we reserve the right to send the shipment in the most efficient and economical method.
Hazardous Material items may require special packaging, which will include a special packaging charge and hazardous materials charge.
All damages incurred during shipping are the sole responsibility of the carrier. In order for you to receive proper compensation, you are required to report all damages at the time of delivery.
